These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mock platform. They should be read together with the Sales Terms for paid purchases and the privacy policy for personal data.
By creating an account or using Mock, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Mock is operated by Mock Studio, French SAS, SIREN 994 621 332, registered office 200 Rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France.
These Terms govern access to the site, account, Mocka, marketplace, creator areas and related services. Paid purchases are also governed by the Sales Terms. The privacy policy governs personal data.
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorized access.
Mock is intended for users aged at least 13. Minors need permission from their legal representative, especially for publication or purchase. Accounts are personal: sale, lending, transfer and suspension evasion are prohibited.
Mock Studio grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access the Platform only in compliance with these Terms.
No rights are transferred in Mock code, interface, trademarks, databases, documentation or business model. Beta or third-party-dependent features may change, be limited or interrupted.
Users keep ownership of their Creations. Mock Studio does not claim ownership of Creations made with Mocka or imported.
To provide the service, Users grant Mock Studio a technical, non-exclusive, worldwide and free license to host, back up, display, technically transform, transmit and deliver Creations within Mock. Users warrant they have all required rights for published or imported content.
Creators publishing a Creation authorize Mock Studio to host, display, reference, distribute and deliver it to buyers, and to apply pricing, commission, access and moderation rules.
Mock Studio may reject, unpublish, suspend or remove unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, infringing or non-compliant Creations. Ranking may account for category, compatibility, popularity, date, rating, price, availability and technical compliance.
Unless otherwise stated on the listing, marketplace purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased version in the buyer's own projects.
Purchase does not transfer IP ownership. Resale as-is, competing redistribution, unauthorized public sharing and resale with minor changes are prohibited.
Reviews must reflect real experience, be fair and must not contain unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, advertising or misleading content. Mock Studio may moderate, hide or delete abusive reviews. Disputed content may be reported to support.
Some features may send necessary information to external AI providers to generate live output. These processing operations are described in the privacy policy.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Users must review it before use, publication or commercial exploitation.
Coins, server credits and AI points are internal units usable only on Mock. They are not legal tender, financial instruments, bank deposits or external payment methods. Their purchase, conversion, use and refund are governed by the Sales Terms.
Prohibited: unlawful use, fraud, malware, security bypass, unauthorized scraping, service overload, infringement, harassment, hate, content involving minors, impersonation, unauthorized resale, ban evasion and any activity compromising Mock security or integrity.
Mock Studio may suspend or limit an account, Creation, purchase, publication or access in case of breach of Terms/Sales Terms, fraud, security risk, legal request, non-payment, infringement or abuse. Users may request account closure, subject to legal duties, payments, disputes and pending operations.
Mock Studio keeps all rights in the Platform, trademarks, logos, interfaces, official text, graphics, databases, code, architecture, documentation and services. Unauthorized reproduction, substantial extraction, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited.
Mock Studio provides the Platform with reasonable care. Liability cannot be excluded for statutory warranties, bodily injury, gross negligence, fraud or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to this, Mock Studio is not liable for user content, configuration errors, non-compliant use, reasonable downtime, third-party services, force majeure or indirect damages.
Mock Studio may change these Terms to reflect service, legal, security or business changes. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Continued use after entry into force means acceptance, unless mandatory rights provide otherwise.
These Terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain applicable. For professionals, Paris courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
Before any claim, Users must contact support. Consumer mediator: information to be completed before full B2C commercial launch.
