These Sales Terms govern paid purchases and economic operations on Mock: subscriptions, packs, virtual units, marketplace and digital services.
Before any payment or coin debit, the User must read and accept these Sales Terms. Order confirmation means acceptance, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
These Sales Terms apply to sales made by Mock Studio on Mock: subscriptions, coin packs, server credits, AI points, marketplace purchases, internal conversions and related digital services. They supplement the Terms and prevail for paid purchases.

Mock may offer monthly or yearly subscriptions, coin packs, server credit packs, AI point packs, marketplace resources and internal conversions. Essential characteristics, price, taxes, period, delivered quantity and restrictions are shown before validation.
Prices are shown in the currency available for the User's region. Depending on market, status and billing information, they may be tax included or excluding tax with taxes calculated at payment. Promotions, codes, automatic discounts and referrals apply under their own conditions.
An order is validated when the User confirms the cart or marketplace purchase, accepts the Sales Terms, confirms immediate performance where requested, then validates payment or virtual-unit debit. Users must review product, quantity, price, period, taxes, remaining balance and restrictions before confirmation.
Real-money payments are processed by Stripe or another provider shown at checkout. Mock Studio does not store full card details. In case of refusal, cancellation, suspected fraud, chargeback or non-payment, Mock Studio may block the order, suspend access or remove delivered benefits.
Digital products are delivered through the Mock account once payment or coin debit is validated. Delivery may be resource access, balance addition, quota, subscription benefit or plan change. Users need a valid account, connection and compatible environment.
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content or services supplied immediately, access starts after express agreement to immediate performance and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right where permitted by law. Without this agreement, immediate delivery may be refused or delayed.
Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically each period unless cancelled before renewal through account tools or support. Upgrades may apply immediately with Stripe proration. Downgrades or moves to free may be scheduled at period end. Unless required by law, started periods remain due.
Virtual units are usable only on Mock. They have no monetary value outside the Platform, are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for money except under a separate written partner program. Confirmed conversions are irreversible. Consumed, expired, free, coupon or fraudulently used units are not refundable unless required by law.
Marketplace purchase gives access to the purchased version and usage license described in the Terms or resource page. It does not transfer IP ownership. Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially for non-delivery, technically impossible purchase or error attributable to Mock Studio.
For consumers, statutory warranties applicable to digital content and services remain fully applicable, including conformity, necessary updates and consumer-law remedies. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
Requests must be sent to support with account, order and reason. Accepted refunds use the original payment method where possible. Mock Studio may refuse in case of abuse, fraud, consumed service, breach of Terms/Sales Terms or unfounded request, without prejudice to legal rights.
Receipts and invoices are issued through Stripe or the account area where available. Users must provide accurate billing information before payment. Accounting and tax obligations may require retaining certain data.
Support: help@mock-project.com. To speed processing, Users should include account, relevant service, date, amount and any error message.
Mock Studio is liable under applicable law. Liability cannot be limited for mandatory consumer rights, gross negligence, fraud, bodily injury or statutory warranties. For professionals, liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service over twelve months, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
Sales Terms are governed by French law. Consumer protective rules remain applicable. For professionals, Paris courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. Consumer mediator: information to be completed before full B2C commercial launch.
